Only after that do we talk about SEO, ads, or the Website.

Most agencies sell you their product
Large agencies have a product on the shelf. SEO as a package, the same checklist every month, the same reports, the same process for every client. That scales well. The only problem is that you get what the agency does anyway, not what you need.
We are interested in the other direction. We start with your goal and build the solution for it. Comparable to a special-purpose machine: nothing off-the-shelf but a construction for your specific task.
That's not automatically more expensive. It means that we don't build anything you don't need.

Four steps before we talk about channels
01
Goal
We're listening. What are your goals, within what timeframe, and with what budget? More qualified leads from the DACH region is a different goal than market entry into the USA. And direct sales, built alongside the dealer network, is again a different task.
02
Market
We're looking at your market, your competition, and your customers. What is the buyer looking for who needs your product but doesn't know your name yet? Who is currently in the positions you want to occupy? What does a click cost in your segment, and what is an inquiry with you worth?
03
Strategy
If there's a marketing strategy, we'll review it against the numbers. If there isn't one, we'll develop it with you. Without this step, any channel decision is a guess.
04
Channels
Only now do we suggest what we will work on. Sometimes it's SEO. Sometimes it's Google Ads. Often, it's the website itself because the traffic is already there and nobody is inquiring. You will receive the proposal with justification, effort, and expected impact, not as a package price.

Mandate simultaneously
Twelve mandates at the same time. No more is possible.
A construction for exactly your task cannot be arbitrarily replicated. The four steps above take time from people who have done this many times, and there isn't an arbitrary amount of them here.
That's why we handle a maximum of twelve mandates at a time. When twelve are taken, they're taken. Then we say so, instead of pushing someone else in.
What this practically means: Those who are accepted get the full depth instead of a place in the queue. Who is behind it

„Just do Google Ads"
It happens, it's perfectly fine. If you know what you need, we won't discuss it away for three appointments.
We'll build it in a way that it fits with the rest. The campaign knows your target audience from search, the landing page knows the campaign, and the organic rankings don't work against the ad budget. In the end, the campaign, page, and rankings will all pull in the same direction.
