Two pictures, the same story.
Whoever controls access to the customer sets the rules
01 · Mountain Sports Brand
For years, a mountain sports brand had to pitch to sporting goods retailers just to get on the shelves. Whoever got on the shelves was decided by the purchasing department. Today, the brand sells directly to its customers, knows their names, and doesn't need anyone's permission for the next collection.
02 · Mechanical Engineer
For decades, a mechanical engineer received inquiries by phone, at trade shows, or through a sales representative who knew every customer personally. However, these channels are no longer as effective as they used to be. Today, a buyer looking for equipment starts with Google or asks an AI.
Someone always stood in between: the dealer, the label, the catalog, the trade fair. The internet has dissolved this position. We think that's great, and we're working to ensure our customers benefit from it.

Sales channels that you own
We want companies to be able to generate their own demand. Not dependent on a dealer network that decides on access to the end customer. Not dependent on a platform that increases its commission tomorrow. Not dependent on an agency that is the only one that knows how the account is set up.
A company that reaches its market directly is more resilient. It hears what customers say instead of getting it summarized through two intermediaries. It can set its own prices. And it survives the failure of a single channel.
That's precisely why we work with industrial companies and independent brands. And that's why we don't do marketplace business.

The claim, literally
Exploration fuels innovation.
The claim is not decoration. It describes how we work: We look at what's new, test it in our daily business, and keep what works.
With AI, that's how it was. We didn't wait for market readiness, but built our own systems, used them in daily operations, and learned where they were effective and where they weren't. Today, AI handles routine tasks for us. The time freed up goes into work that requires experience.
Three things we consciously do not do:
// 01
No standard product
We don't have any SEO- Package that every customer receives.
// 02
No marketplace optimization
Anyone who wants to grow on Amazon is in the wrong place with us.
// 03
No junior level
Anyone who pitches with us also works on the project.

Mandate simultaneously
He who pitches, delivers.
Usually, it works differently. The seniors come for the pitch, and then a team of juniors takes over for fulfillment.
This only works if there's an upper limit. We accept a maximum of twelve clients at a time. Once those twelve spots are filled, they're filled, and we'll say so openly instead of taking on anyone else.
For you, this means no handover losses, short distances, a single point of contact who knows your project, and the assurance that we will say no if we are not the right fit.
