Shopify Agency

Shopify shops that sell.
And be found.

We are a Shopify agency: New builds, migrations, and growth at a senior level, with a maximum of 12 clients at a time. System-agnostic: If Shopware or a Personal development fits your business better, we'll say that in the first conversation.

FAQ

Four typical shop problems.

Does any of that sound familiar?

We see with almost every shop-Audit the same patterns, across D2C and B2B. We find and fix what's behind it.

// 01

Built, launched, it's just there

Visitors come, but they don't buy. Shopping carts are abandoned at checkout, and it's even worse on mobile. No one knows for sure why, because the tracking doesn't provide clear answers.

// 02

App Chaos and Technical Debt

30 apps, a meddled-with theme, every change takes time and costs money. No one knows anymore which app is for what. The shop is getting slower, and the monthly app costs are still rising.

// 03

Migration is imminent

Shopware 5 is at end of life, WooCommerce groans under its plugin stack, or Magento costs more than it's worth. The move has to happen. The fear of data loss and a ranking crash is holding things back.

// 04

Agency disappeared after go-live

Shop built, invoice issued, radio silence ever since. For further development, Conversion optimization or marketing, no one feels responsible. Yet the work really begins after the launch.

AI Deployment

AI takes over routine tasks for us, from product descriptions to data maintenance. The shop is ready faster, while development and integration remain in experienced hands.

// 01

Consulting on Systems

We also set Shopware, WordPress and individual developments. That's why we only recommend Shopify if it fits your assortment, processes, and goals. And advise against it if it doesn't. We profit from your success, not from your platform decision.

// 02

Maximum 12 mandates at the same time

We deliberately accept only a few mandates so that each one is handled at a senior level. The consultant from the strategy discussion is the same one who will further develop your shop three months later. No assembly line, no junior rotation pool.

// 03

Shop and traffic considered together

A shop without visitors is a warehouse without access. SEO, GEO and Google Ads let's plan for it from the start, instead of tacking it on afterwards. URL structure, content, and feed will be created with the shop.

// 04

No lock-in, anywhere

Clean theme code according to Shopify standards instead of constructs only we can maintain. Upon departure, the shop, data, theme, and access will go with you. No discussion.

More than a shop

A shop that is built sells nothing yet.

Many agencies only cover development and are gone after go-live. With us, the traffic part comes from the same team that built the shop: Google Ads for immediate revenue, SEO and GEO for lasting visibility, Conversion optimization for more purchases from the traffic you already have.

Google Ads for Shopify

Shopping, Performance Max, and Search with an optimized Merchant feed and clean conversion tracking. Set up by the same team that knows the store.

Shopify SEO & GEO

Collections architecture, Such an intention, Content and technical SEO within the Shopify framework. Plus GEO: Visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Conversion optimization

Checkout, product pages, mobile UX. Hypotheses from your data instead of gut feeling, A/B tests where traffic allows. Measured in revenue, not opinions.

FAQ

Seven building blocks. Which ones are used is decided by the Audit.

Everything a Shopify store needs to sell.

Building block
What's inside

Shop Setup & Theme

Structure, design, and theme development according to Online Store 2.0 standards. Payment methods for the DACH region, legal texts, consent. Launch-ready, not a construction site.

B2B, Plus & International

Company accounts and price lists, ERP and CRM integration, Shopify Markets and multilingual capabilities. For stores that are meant to grow with the business, instead of holding it back.

Theme Maintenance & App Stack

Not a new app for every requirement: Many things can be done natively or with a few lines of Liquid. We keep the app stack lean and the monthly costs low.

Performance & Load Time

Pagespeed and Core Web Vitals, a decluttered app stack, a streamlined theme. Fast stores sell more.

Migration to Shopify

From Shopware, WooCommerce, Magento, or JTL. With URL mapping and redirect concept, so rankings and revenue survive the move. Data, customers, orders included.

Operations & Support

Daily monitoring, weekly implementation, biweekly meetings, monthly strategy sync, quarterly in-depth review. Cancelable monthly.

Shop Audit: 12 Points

Before every setup—whether new, existing, or a migration—12 checks are run: Theme and Liquid, app stack, checkout, collections and URL structure, tracking, SEO, and GEO.

Strategy & Audit

Objectives, assortment, competition, system decision. For existing shops: 12-point audit. From this, the roadmap with priorities.

02
Build or migrate

Theme, structure, data migration, ERP/CRM interfaces, payment, legal texts, tracking. Tested on staging, followed by a controlled launch.

03
Traffic & Conversion

SEO funding, Google Ads setup, initial CRO hypotheses. The shop gets visitors and learns to turn them into buyers.

04
KVP & Scaling

What does a collaboration cost?

Hangs on the project.

Rebuild, migration, or further development: the effort depends on the product range, interfaces, and goals. We define the setup together before setting prices.

Charged based on actual time and effort, not on a loss leader.

No „Shop from €3,999“ fixed price, where migration, apps, and legal texts appear as extras later. After the initial consultation, you will receive a transparent calculation.

Project with fixed scope, monthly cancellation.

The setup is carried out as a project with a clearly defined scope. Ongoing support afterward: no 12- or 24-month lock-in. You remain flexible; we remain accountable.

Why we limit

Deep shop and industry expertise cannot be scaled to 80 projects per consultant. This is precisely what distinguishes a mandate from mass-produced e-commerce.

Anti-Pattern

6 Red Flags to Watch for with Shopify Agencies.

Fixed-price store without analysis

„Shop from €3,999“ sounds good until migration, interfaces, and legal texts are charged as extras. A fixed price without requirements clarification is ill-advised.

Lock-in through proprietary designs

Messy themes or custom code that only the agency understands. When you switch, you start from scratch. Ask beforehand who can maintain the code according to standards.

No longer accessible after go-live

Launch, invoice, radio silence. A shop is not finished after launch, but rather at the beginning. Clarify what the post-launch support looks like before signing the contract.

An app for every problem

Every requirement is solved with a new app. The result: a monthly cost avalanche and a snail's-pace theme. Much can be done natively or with a few lines of Liquid.

No dedicated senior contact person

„Your project will be supervised by our team“ mostly means: a junior from the rotation pool. No context, no continuity, no responsibility.

Migration without an SEO concept

Anyone who ignores redirects, URL mapping, and indexed pages during a move will lose rankings that took years to build. The traffic drop then arrives right on time for go-live.

FAQ

Shopify Agency Questions.

What does a Shopify agency do?

A Shopify agency plans, builds, and manages online stores on Shopify: strategy, theme development, data migration, conversion optimization, SEO, and Google Ads. Many agencies only cover development. With us, the traffic portion comes from the same team that built the store.

Do you integrate ERP and CRM systems?

Yes. Orders, customers, and product data flow to where you work: ERP, CRM, inventory management, or PIM. Depending on the system, this happens via established connectors or a custom integration through the Shopify API.

Will we lose our Google rankings during the migration?

Not if the migration is planned with URL mapping, 301 redirects, and a reconciliation of indexed pages. That's precisely why we have SEO expertise at the table before the first line is migrated. Ranking losses during shop migrations are almost always planning errors, not acts of nature.

How much does a Shopify agency cost?

Depends on the project: A theme-based setup costs less than a migration with ERP integration or a B2B setup. We calculate based on effort rather than fixed "bait" prices and provide a transparent calculation after the initial consultation. Ongoing support can be canceled monthly.

Shopify or Shopware — which is right for us?

Rule of thumb: Shopify scores with D2C brands, quick starts, and international scaling. Shopware excels with complex B2B pricing logic, deep customizations, and self-hosted solutions. We implement both systems, along with custom developments, and recommend what best fits the product range, processes, and goals. Not what we earn the most from.

Does Shopify work for B2B?

Yes. Shopify offers B2B features like company accounts, catalogs, and custom price lists, most of which are included in the Plus plan. For very complex pricing from the ERP, we honestly assess whether Shopify or another system is the better approach.

Either your shop sells—or we'll tell you why not.

30-minute strategy session. No sales pitch, no follow-up chains. Just an honest assessment of your shop and your opportunities.
